- The infrastructure works of the Research Center which include 7 building
- Sewage, storm, raw, fire, chilled water, water tanks.
- Fire water tanks, RO plant, Pump Room,
- Transformer and Switchgears,
- Irrigation and Landscaping of roads and parks.
