Scope of Work

  • Residential compound of 549 units to be built on total land of around: 215,000 m2 with total build up area of around 150,000 m2 works as bellow:
  • Infrastructure work, Electrical and Mechanical works for Residential compound 549 units consisting of: 8no’s Villas 5 bedrooms duplex, 66no’s of 3 bed rooms duplex townhouse, 57no’s of 4 bedrooms triplex townhouse and 338 apartments distributed on 43 buildings. all these to be built on total land of around 215,000 m2 with total build up area of around 150,000 m2.
  • Work includes supply and install the following:
  • 4no’s of chillers 426kw/each
  • Pipes for chilled water, potable water, and firefighting network with required valves
  • Pipes and manholes for sewage system
  • Medium voltage cables network, low voltage cables network
  • 13no’s Oil Type Transformers
  • 5no’s RMU
  • Generators
  • MCC Panels
  • Fuel Tanks
  • BMS
